Order Placement
Orders may be placed online or by phone to our office at (559) 252-4950. Our regular business hours are 8AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All products are in stock unless otherwise listed on our website. All orders are processed for shipping within one business day.

Orders are normally shipped via UPS unless other arrangements are made. UPS is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. You must provide a residential or business address for delivery. Orders can also be shipped via USPS to international addresses. Shipping amount provided online is an estimate and actual costs may vary. International orders must call in to get an accurate shipping quote. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods, should be reported to the carrier.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Wire Transfers. All orders must be prepaid before delivery. California residents add sales tax. We do not offer CODs.
Product Application
Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Trail-Gear, Inc. are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Trail-Gear, Inc strongly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.
Warranty
All products carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us prior to returning products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside. Warranties are processed weekly on Fridays. Warranties only apply to original purchaser.
Returns
All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside. Any returns made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.
