  • What is Customer Loyalty Program? Ignify’s Customer Loyalty Program is an exciting program designed to reward customers for making purchases from the Ignify’s ecommerce website. Every time a customer makes a purchase, he will earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to the customer’s Reward Points balance. Points are managed by customers through their account and can be redeemable at checkout time on the payment page towards the price of the purchase.
  • How do I enroll: This program is available to all the customers of Ignify Ecommerce website.
  • Is there any cost to me if I enroll to Customer Loyalty Program?No. This program is designed to cost you nothing in terms of money. We only want to connect to our loyal customers and repay in terms of reward points.
  • Can anyone enroll in Customer Loyalty Program?Yes. This program is available to all the customers of Ignify Ecommerce website.
  • How do I earn Rewards Points?There are two ways to earn the reward points:
    1. Registering on the website(New customer registration)
    2. Every time a customer makes a purchase, he will earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to the Reward Points balance
  • How do I redeem the Rewards Points? Thats easy. Just select an item from the catalog and add it in your shopping cart. When you proceed to checkout, on the payment page, you can enter the amount of points you want to redeem against the purchases made. The points will be converted into currency amount which would be deducted from the total purchase amount.
  • Can I transfer my points to someone else? No. The reward points are not transferable.
  • Is there a limit to the rewards I can earn? No. You can earn unlimited reward points and spend them on any purchase at any time.
  • What is the expiry time of the reward points? The reward points expire after 90 days. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the expiry time without any prior notice. The expiry time shown here will always be current.
  • Will I earn points for shipping fees? No. While calculating the points earned, shipping fees are excluded.
  • Will I earn points for tax fees? No. While calculating the points earned, taxes are excluded.
  • Will I earn points for discounted products? Yes. When calculating points earned, all items for which their price have been discounted are included, points will be awarded to the discount price value.
  • Will I earn points when purchases paid with points? Yes.
  • What is the minimum reward points required to redeem? Customer needs to have minimum of 10 points in their Reward Points balance to redeem.
  • What are the maximum points that can be redeemed per order? Customer can redeem maximum of 500 points per order.
  • What is the exchange rate of converting points into currency? For every 50 points, customer can redeem 10$. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the exchange rate without any prior notice. The exchange rate shown here will always be current.
  • What is the exchange rate of converting currency into points: For every $100, 10 points will be added to the customer’s Reward Points balance. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the exchange rate without any prior notice. The exchange rate shown here will always be current.
  • Are there any product restrictions to avail this program? Currently, no restrictions apply on items that are purchased using your point balance.
  • What are the terms and conditions? 1. Shopping Points are only available to registered Ignify Ecommerce website member
    2. Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at Ignify Ecommerce website
